This page describes how to manage the site referring to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is made in accordance with art. 13 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, N. 196 called “Code on the processing of personal data”, to those who interact with the Web services of “CIGNO”, accessible by telematics way starting from the address cigno.it which corresponds to the homepage of the official site.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited with the Group established by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data, and, in particular, the modes, timing and nature of the information that the holders of treatments must provide to users when they connect to Web pages, irrespective of the connection purposes.
The holder of Data processing

Optional Data conferral
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the information request forms to “cigno.it”. The conferral of personal data and its consent to the processing is necessary in order to take advantage of the services offered.
Failure to provide consent to the treatment or subsequent revocation will result in the cancellation of the request with the consequent cancellation from the services offered by the site.
Communication of data
The personal data provided may be communicated to:
Affiliated companies or subsidiaries of “cigno.it”;
Public bodies in compliance with laws, regulations and Community legislation;
Transferred abroad upon prior consent of the user and within the limits set forth in Articles 42 and 43 of Legislative Decree no. 196.
Rights of the interested parties
Subjects to whom personal data are referenced have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of whether or not the same data exist and to know its content and source, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, Or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – fully reported).
According to the same article you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment. “The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
Of the origin of personal data;
The purposes and methods of treatment;
Of the logic applied in the case of processing made with the aid of electronic instruments;
Of the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2;
Of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge.
The person concerned has the right to obtain:
Updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;
Deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those for which no conservation is required in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
The attestation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been made known, including in terms of their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfillment is impossible Or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
For legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
To the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the conduct of market research or commercial communication. ”
